Will the Hanscom IDIQ office manage the long term contracting for each Delivery Order (DO)? 
No, this IDIQ is based on “Decentralized Contracting” and therefore each DO will require a government CO to manage the contract. 

Will this IDIQ support multiple colors of money/funds? 
Yes, to date we have seen 3400, 3600, 3080 

Does the DD254 allow for Authorization to use CSfC (Commercial Solutions for Classified Programs) ADSV (ABMS DeviceOne SecureView) devices? 
The IDIQ level DD254 does not mention this requirement; requesters will have to work with the contracting officer for their task to build a new DD254 or possibly a DO-specific addendum for this need (please verify).  The DD254 is available by request though not published on this web site.
